Step 1) The Body Wash

• In the shower - apply to wet skin. Gently massage until it begins to lather. Rinse off, pat dry.

• 500 mL product lasts appx 4 months if used twice a day.
  

Step 2) The Super Cream

• For best results, apply to damp skin right after washing or showering. Clean and damp skin allows for the optimal penetration of active ingredients.
  
• A little goes a long way. Apply a dime sized amount. Gently massage into skin until it disappears. 
  
• For extra dry skin - add on a second layer. 
  
• Product was designed for near instant penetration so you are free to relayer as much as needed without fear of overdoing it.
  
• Best results when used after F03: The Body Wash or F05: The Hand Soap.
  
• Product lasts appx 4 months if used twice a day.
  

The only condition is consistency.
